Billing and refunds

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Polar sells them as our merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any tax and issues your invoice. A subscription renews until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a full refund of a subscription's first payment within 14 days. The full terms are in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
