These Terms govern your use of InstaWormhole (the "Service"), operated by arin b, a sole proprietor trading as Sunray Agency, Naktala, Kolkata 700047, West Bengal, India ("we", "us"). Contact: support@instawormhole.com.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. We do not set a minimum age. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
Sign-in uses GitHub, Google, or passwordless email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your sign-in methods, devices, and any tokens you create. Tell us promptly at support@instawormhole.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Service lets you expose services running on your own machine through generated addresses on a separate tunnel domain. Features, limits, and availability may change. Where a feature is not yet offered, these Terms do not promise it. The request inspector keeps redacted details of requests to your tunnels for 24 hours; request and response bodies are kept only when you turn body capture on for a tunnel. On paid plans you can also connect domains you own or control to your tunnels, up to your plan's limit. You must keep the DNS records we show you in place, and you are responsible for the domain and what it serves. While a domain is connected, we obtain and renew its TLS certificate from a public certificate authority. We stop serving a domain when its records no longer point to us, when your plan no longer includes custom domains, or when it breaks these Terms.
The webhook inbox holds requests only for tunnels that have no password or access token, and only for the paths you name. We deliver held requests in the order received, about two a second, and try again up to three times if your app does not answer. We do not guarantee delivery: a request can be lost if it is larger than the limit, if the inbox is full, if the holding time passes before your tunnel is back, or if your app does not accept it.
You keep your rights in the content you serve. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit, route, and temporarily process traffic to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for what you expose and for having the right to expose it. Generated addresses can be visited by anyone who has them.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend, rate-limit, or remove tunnels or accounts that violate these Terms, endanger others, or create legal or security risk, with notice where practical and without notice where urgent.
The Free plan needs no payment and has the limits shown in your dashboard. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Polar (polar.sh) sells the subscription to you as our merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice, and its terms also apply to the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Usage & billing, Manage billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. You can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a subscription within 14 days by writing to support@instawormhole.com; other payments are not refundable except where the law requires. If a payment fails and is not resolved, the workspace returns to the Free plan. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment or service-level agreement. Support is best effort through support@instawormhole.com, with no guaranteed response time.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, sign-in, DNS and email). Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Deletion follows a seven-day cancellation period and the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for breach, abuse, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content or traffic you expose through the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be versioned and, where required, you will be asked to accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.
