How things are arranged
Tunnels live in environments, environments live in projects, and projects live in a workspace. Your account starts with a personal workspace. A team workspace lets other people work in the same projects.
Roles are set per workspace. Someone can be a Developer in one workspace and a Viewer in another.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything an admin can do, and the only role that can assign the Admin role. |
| Admin | Invite and remove members, assign the Developer and Viewer roles, and create and change tunnels. |
| Developer | Create and change tunnels in the workspace's environments, and connect apps to them. |
| Viewer | See tunnels and read their requests. A Viewer cannot change a tunnel. |
Only an owner can assign the Admin role. An admin cannot remove another admin.
Seats
The Team plan includes 5 team members and Business includes 10. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, withdrawn or expires. If every seat is taken, remove a member, withdraw an invitation or upgrade under Usage and billing.
