What to know before you start
- Do not include passwords, tokens, cookies or other secrets in your report, and do not test against accounts or data that are not yours.
Steps
Step 1. Write down what you found.
- What you saw and where, with the steps to reproduce it.
- What you think the impact is.
- The time you tested, with your time zone, and the address you tested if it was a tunnel address.
You should see: You have a short report that someone else could follow.
Step 2. Email it to support@instawormhole.com with the subject Security report.
The contact page has a link that opens a message with that subject. Our security contact file is at https://instawormhole.site/.well-known/security.txt.
You should see: Your email client opens a message addressed to the support mailbox.
You are done when
- You have sent a report with enough detail for us to reproduce the problem.
